Mental Health

Massage is a great way to get out of head/ mind and draw awareness back into your whole body. It does this by:

Lowering cortisol, our stress hormone.

Improving mood through release of serotonin and dopamine, that lifts mood and combats feeling of depression.

Reducing adrenaline and norepinephrine, hormones associated with flight or fight responses.

Enhancing sleep quality, that is crucial for your mental health.

Providing a nurturing, safe space that promotes mind body connection, encourages mindfulness by drawing attention to your physical body and promoting emotional healing.
